Custom sumps?

I'm looking for a sump for my 200 IM ext, does anyone build custom sumps around here?

I know @robert4025 used to build some pretty nice custom ones. I dont know if he does anymore. Im sure he could point you in the right direction

If you don't mind a DIY, i built this from a 100g. Right compartment is spacious enough for reefmat and skimmer.

If you want to spend and want a high quality custom sump, you should go with MRC https://www.mrcamerica.com/custom/

They have some base 48x18x18 sumps that would work for you too, if you just retrofit the drain area to an off the shelf filter roller https://www.mrcamerica.com/bio-sumps/

Other custom companies to can go with are Royal Exclusiv, their dreambox sumps are pretty highly rated by people like Reefbum etc.

Thank you for sharing this link. Did not know them but interesting for me because the offer another option for an ozone reactor, which looks very interesting.

Does that water level with the reefmat have any negative impacts? it looks low as they suggest keeping it level with the inlet. I'm working on a custom sump like you recommended and trying to decide on baffle height. Also it looks like you have the skimmer with the reefmat, any issues with that? I'm looking at the elite 200 or 220 int so similar set-up. Did you do a skimmer air hose mod? Sorry for the questions, just plannign a very similar set-up and I get caught up with analysis paralysis, I can send DM or call you if that's easier. Thank you!
