In the DBTC boards remove the "New Topic" button and leave "Post new Chain" link. Is the "Post new Chain" button needed for the other boards? If no, we should remove it.

Some of us (like myself) have clicked on the "New Topic" button and had to have a mod switch it to a chain.

Believe me, if that were easy to do it would be done already. Unfortunately there's not a straightforward way to restrict content types (or the buttons for creating them) on a per-forum basis. I'm sure there's some way we can figure out to do it but it's not as simple as it sounds.
