That's a good idea. I was thinking I could possibly do that although if there's a way I can fit a bigger tank underneath for the sump, I'd prefer to do that just because I want to maximize the total tank volume. We'll see. I like the idea of a side door for sliding in the sump with ease.

I like big sumps too, the more the volume the better, I was/am looking for a 40B too for a sump then I found a 40B kind of plexi ON THE STREET FOR FREE so I´m to use the router, knock off the top flange add baffles and that´s it. I like glass sumps so I´ll keep my eyes open for one at a great price.
