You would Probably have tons more options it's the orange and flat that makes search slightly harder.
Is this to make your apex look fancy? U can make your own. Buy the male and female plug parts then put whatever 3 wire orange cable you want. 14 gauge should be good. Ive seen some nice orange braided wire being used.

You can find all sorts of braided cord on here. You just need the male and female plugs.

it is to make it look fancy (clean) but most important part is the flat plug to keep everything snug. Wish I had the time or energy to DIY it. I'll probably skip the orange color and pick whatever color is available as long as it's a flat.
