Fish doc needs help

Then the EB832 is not getting power from the wall. Plug something in to the same outlet to see if there is power?

Don’t flip any light switches.

There is no other power supply plugged into the Apex?

If you unplug the Apex from the EB832, the status light on the Eb832 still on?

Does it start to blink after a while?

Thanks again @Vhuang168 I really appreciate your quick and detailed reply to our cry for help and thank you @coralreefer for your help and thoughtfulness to start this thread.

Thank goodness when the fish hit the fan I know who to reach out to.. my BAR family is there for me and I have your back too when and if you need my help.

Vincent,
Hello and happy Wednesday to you. We got replacement power bar from AC plugged it in and we have duplicates on our control panel.
What’s the easiest way to go about this just deleting the duplicates?
