Is that clown really blue? Or is this just the "hammer it with blue" mentality of coral sales?

Lets see what it looks like under white light, then I can be impressed. I'm not saying a lack of blue, but not exclusively blue (white balance does not count)

It was pretty blue lights. That was taken with an orange filter and the with white balance with an app.
