No, wasn't doing much in terms of cleaning the sand, and I had been waiting for him to get into the open to nab him. I'm planning on introducing a sand sifter soon and in the back of my mind I was worried a rock would crush the cucumber and it would nuke my tank. Probably wouldn't happen, but figured wouldn't hurt to take him out.
