Actually you can get a free cup without the sticker, as it's considered illegal due to it being a "Bribe"... yeah I know go figure.

Ben & Jerry's has free scoops at certain times, Krispy Kreme.... all that's "good" with this country

I was in line at 7:00 during the 1 hour wait I met a guy who had never voted and was 75 years old. he had never voted before because he was convicted of a felony in 1968 and was told convited felons couldn't vote. This lie seems to be widely believed accoss the nation, the Source magizane just did an article on it dispelling the rumor and presenting the facts on a state by state basis.
