Good bug or bad bug?

Have a bunch of these guys feeding on the sides of my 10 gallon. Think they're amphipods, but wanted to check before I collect a bunch and toss em in my refugium.

they look kinda like isopods based off of that pic

I was thinking isopods too, but it looks like the lil bugger is on its side in the pic....so a bit hard to tell.

I'll see if I can get a zoomed out shot. I thought someone had also mentioned gammarid amphipods and those look like it could be them.

They're about 2-3 mm in length as well, since I forgot to put that in the original post.
