Got a Lemon Peel Angel for my reef

It’s a pretty fish, I haven’t had an Angel in almost 20 years. My first fish purchase from Petco.

I hope he does his job and takes care of my purple mushroom problem.

Fingers crossed. All angels are different. Some eat them some don’t. It depends on the individual angel. My emperor did. So does my Blueface. Hopefully it doesn’t eat other things you like. Keep a close eye on it.

I've never seen one up here at our our two Petcos nice! There have been some crazy hybrids the last several years showing up.

Yup even the zoas it got to the point that i got tired of buying nice stuff and the little monster would just eat them. Some corals are more lucky then others some get ignored

I am glad my son always warns me before buying these tyoe of beautiful fish. Not all are the same so maybe this is an exception.

No not now pics are from a reef builders article..But I did see a hybrid about 5 months ago that came in mis identified and labeled kinda common at Petco lol..

Same here. Beautiful blue eyes.

As long as he stays away from my Disney and the other SPS I guess he’s ok.

So far, my firefish is mostly hiding. The rest of the fish were a little concerned at first, but pretty much meh now. Seems like my possum wrasse is hanging out with the lemon peel a little, maybe just curious why there’s something new swimming in the rocks.

None yet. He’s picking at the rocks, but hasn’t eaten anything that I’ve seen yet. Probably getting hungry.

He ate this morning during feeding time. Got a photo too. He just needs to start eating those purple mushrooms.

He really darts around quickly.
