Hey All.

Always meant to join and figure better late than never.
I have been in the hobby for a few years, working my way through it.
It been fun, its been challenging, its been frustrating, and its been awesome.

Currently, my setup is a rubbermaid brute as my reefer 250 sprung a leak yesterday evening. :(
Trying to determine my best path forward, whether to re-home my fish and what's left of the coral, or just setup something temporary while I save those pennies for the next set up.
Either way, happy to be here and look forward to learning from all of you.

Welcome. Best of luck with the current situation. You can certainly keep corals and fish alive and healthy with the right brute setup. If you have any more specific questions let us know.

If you want a temporary home for some fish I have a 10g quarantine tank that is running empty. It is currently filled with therapeutic levels of copper but I can switch to unmedicated.

Thanks to everyone, from offers to loan me tanks, give me tanks, and just support. Really awesome.
New tank arrives on Thursday... its def smaller, 25g, and not RedSea (hhhrrmmph) Hopefully everything fits. If not, or if a coral breaks, Like i think my hurricane chalice might have, is there a way to give that broken piece or pieces to someone or multiple folks (if someone frags it up)?
