Inkbird ringing 116F at midnight! Have a backup inkbird on currently. Im not happy. What happened?

Seems like they have a fairly high failure rate based on the BRS reviews/comments. Go with an Aqualogic (Ranco) one and it will last you years: https://www.championlighting.com/aq...controller-single-stage-115v-up-to-1-2hp.html

I've had a few of them go bad, cheap enough to replace. Check the temp probe cord, if it gets disconnected, the alarm goes off.

Which model Inkbird are you using? I'm using three of the ITC-306A Wifi models and never have any issues.
What are your settings?
What heater are you using with it? I've found the Cobalt Neotherm heaters are not very compatible with Inkbirds.
