Our mission

Help Please with Photobucket and Posting Pictures

If you have a pic on Photobucket already then it is a piece of cake.
Just cut and paste the (IMG) code on to the body of your post.

Need to go from wristband to Photobucket to BAR. All PhotoB says is go from computer to my site. Didn't see how.

Create an acct on photobucket - After you log in, you can upload photo directly into the main page or create new album (look on the right hand side).

To upload photo, select the album that you want to upload the photo to - click Upload Now button and follow the instruction. You can also click on Album option and select Upload Photos and Videos.

To post photo, put your mouse over the image - copy the IMG code link and paste.

Hope that help..

Thanks Phong. Got all pictures downloaded. Will pickc best for BAR later. Thanks

Glad it worked. Just a little lingo help:

Downloaded means from a device (like a camera) or web TO your computer
Upload means from a device or your computer TO the web.

Here's a pic

If I downsize the pic on photobucket, can I upsize it again or would I have to download it again from the memory chip?

Photobucket downsizing is permanent. You can size your images with your code though if it is a 3000x1000 image and you display it as 300x100, it still loads the memory of the big image

Also, your image isn't working because you didn't use the source code, but rather the webpage code.
http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/wishinfishin715/?action=view&current=IMG_0038.jpg
is the page code.
If you go there, you see 4 options for the source code.

Then you can do [ IMG]http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/wishinfishin715/IMG_0038.jpg[/IMG]

I've tried it. I'm obviously doing something wrong. I'll do an example:
IMG_0026.jpg
[/img]

So I clicked on the IMG code, pasted it into the box and reduced it to 300x100.

You are not pasting in a direct link.
a direct link has the address
http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/wishinfishin715/IMG_0026.jpg
you are pasting in the forum formatted code which looks like
[ IMG]http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj318/wishinfishin715/IMG_0026.jpg[/IMG]
