That looks like Chiton, good algae eaters. One of the good guys haha

Good for algae, but man if they multiplied fast thwy are pain. They will go everywhere im the sump snd the DT. I scrape them off fr skimmer, pumps and power heads on bi weekly basis. I woild remove it when I can if I am you..
