How to private message (pm) another member in new forum?

Its now labeled as a conversation. If I wanted to start one with say you, I would click on your name and click start a conversation.
Why they named them conversation over private message or messaging is beyond me.

Ah OK good!
Just as extra info, you can click your inbox (top right) and click start a new conversation.
Then you can start typing the persons name in participants box and it will start suggesting names of people.
