Hydra 26 acting up

It turns on as scheduled with the correct LEDs on but all the white ones turn off after a few minutes leaving only blue. If I use the app to turn them all on, they work. They also turn off. I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in to no avail. Anyone seen this before?

I haven’t had this problem but I know you can do a hard restart. Might be something to try after other suggestions. I’ve had times I had to ask ai about something and they always had me do that.

Did hard reset and still does it. I’ll file a support ticket. Can’t tell if the fans are running
