I believe I have red bugs and could use some advice

I have no idea what could have caused this Phong. You would think the other fish would be dead as well or not looking to good but they are just fine.

I just did the second dose of interceptor and tomorrow evening a water change and then I hope everything will be all good again. So far I have not seen one red bug but I will not cheer too soon, let's see like a week from now.
