Wow never seen such coral. Tagging along to see what it is..Lol. Definitely not that @ofzakaria. Here it is with whites and me forcing the polyps to retract.

Man now am more thinking this is a dead coral skeleton that is occupied by something else.It came in on some Tampa Bay Saltwater live rock. I've had it since December 2019.
Looks like a type of monstastrea coral. Definitely a species of that region.
I'll try that. See what they say.Definitely looks like a healthy coral to me, but I don’t recognize it. Maybe ask the TBS folks. Good chance they’d recognize it if it’s common in their harvest area.

The tips of the branches are white which I'm assuming means that it's growing in that direction. Looks like it's encrusting the rock too.
Did you purchase it as a frag?
or did it magically appear on some live rock?
