so finally got rid of my Machination, 5' x 6' tank and moved everything into my 8' x 3' tank, and man 3 feet seems awfully tiny now 
Although more manageable, I think my next tank needs to be glass though, even if Steinhart was giving away their tanks for free, I need the ease of taking a razor blade and having a brand new tank. CustomAquariums.com seem to be getting a lot of attention recently if anything due to their incredible low prices. However I'm a bit away from ordering a tank, so for now I think I'll sit back and see how other tanks have been.
