It isn't very impressive yet but here we go:

Vision
When I designed the tank I wanted to be different, a cave with lots of Dendronephthya, sponges, tunicates and cool critters like basketstars, sea-apples, cucumbers and maybe a feather star. Fish wise I'm not completely sure yet, it will include a schoal of Psuedomugil getruadea and a Paracheilinus carpenteri. I'd also like to add a Paracentropyge multifasciata a small group of Aioliops megastigma and a goby/ pistol shrimp pair.
I build the cave with styrofoam and concrete which I'll elaborate on later. I plan on growing a “bonsai-ed” mangrove out of the canopy.

Equipment
DT: 80 gallons 48x18x21 1/2
Sump 10 gallon sump
ATO 10 gallon tank
Feeding: A fridge mini fridge with dosing pump and a Wolfgang Colsman system in the freezer section.
Foods Mix of rotifers, cyclop-eeze, FM foods, shelfish diet and oyster feast
Filtration:
Octupus NW150 skimmer
Biopellets (around 1250 ml)
ATB Carbon
ATB GFO (maybe, I have a bag laying around so why not use it?)
Return: Danner Supreme Mag-Drive 9.5
Flow: Flow will be provided by a vortech mp40w es, a vortech mp10 and the mag-drive 9 return on a SCWD
Light: LeDio 9 watt blue LED along with other LED spotlights
Stand: The stand is DIY from 2x4, it's 43'' high. Eventually I'll skin it, but I'm focusing on the tank itself right now.
Sand bed: 2'' sand bed in two thirds of of the tank

Inspiration
I'll end this post with some inspiration:

Talk about being different and thinking out of the box, great vision. The placement of the vortechs is also out of the ball park but I have hesitation with the 2" sand bed. I got some rocks like that and I may redo my tank this weekend. Can't wait to see the bonsai mango canopy, too.
