what would you consider good bits? are the one that sharp and strong enough to cut metal good enough?? ;D

Sure.. I will deliver them to your house too. Please give me your ATM card and pin # .. 8)

ones that are sharp, strong, hold an edge for a long time, have good bearings, don't corrode :p

I've been partial to CMT bits.

What about Dataflute??

Nice toy, Phong. It will go through acrylic just like butteh.

Years back when I announced that I'll buy a router, my wife asked, what's wrong with ours? I can connect to the internet fine. And I'm supposed to be the resident geek. ;D

Get carbide cutters with ball bearing guides. If the router collet takes 1/2" shanks, go for those for less chatter on the cuts.

I've routed 6061-T6 aluminum with carbides before. It's hecka loud :D

We have a CNC "chopsaw" at work that'll cut stainless bar and plate to within a few thoussandths too :D

Hahaha that's funny Jim :D ..

Yeah Norman, it takes 1/4 and 1/2. My dad works for CNC company. He got me some of the bits they use in their shop. Good stuff. 8)
