This was perfectly level as far as I can tell - just filling with water created these stresses.
Just found sand in the seal of my RSR250...

This is why I prefer acrylic over glass. Don’t get me wrong if everything is done correctly ,majority of the time it’s safe to have a glass tank. But I would still be afraid of when a seal would fail.
