You ran two plank feeder in this tank? To keep nutrients up?
Really two purposes - I have tried experimenting with slightly different mixes of food that I wanted in different amounts and also I like adding food from both sides of the tank at once. It helps make sure the food is distributed throughout and prevents greedy fish from camping out next to the feeder and hogging all the food.

In the 170 I was feeding just 3 times a day. Now in my Reefer 425xl I feed 8 times a day to help keep my Anthias fat and happy.

I do generally have very low nutrients (nitrates generally undetectable, phosphate undectable up to 0.03ppm), despite pretty heavy feeding (I also feed some frozen food and a few other supplements manually each day).

Beautiful tank! Nice to meet you at the swap! I caught your real name but not your screen name and I was wondering who you were on here lol. Put the pieces together with your city in your profile and the upgrade to a 425 from a 170. Still have to figure out a couple more names of people I talked to lol, one down.
