Is this possible though even when there is polyp bailout? Like is the hope to have the polyp reattach to its original skeleton or attach to something else?

The bailout is another survival skill. It can grow new skeleton over time if it stays healthy.

the cipro qt will at least give ot a shot.

I've regrown bailout pieces before

I’ve seen that happen with acans as well; they detach from their skeleton and end up settling on some other spot. Great survival skill.
