Lucky Ocean @ Balboa Closing

Sad news. Went to lucky ocean today and spoke to steve for a moment, Looks like he's really closing this May due to landlord rebuilding the place . hope he will open another one close by.

Wow 20 years of him getting out of the business and the person who really forces his hand is the landlord wanting him out, so sad.

I doubt he'll open another though, he's wanted out for a while but kept in because well being your own boss usually doesn't set you up with a good retirement plan.
