What's a moderate raffle?

Being that this is the smaller of the year's swaps, I think the raffle items are shaping up to be pretty good. Think quality over quantity. I'm still trying to touch base with a couple of our LFS's, but I'll update tomorrow with what our sponsors have agreed to donate!

I met up with Jar/Jon and he gave me like over 10 frags to bring to swap, but he can't come. Can I pick for him as well? They will be labeled with his info on the frags. I did it before like this, but just wanted to make sure its ok.
