Did everyone who submitted a final microbiome test to aquabiomics get their results?
I submitted both, the DNA and microbiome test in July and only got my DNA results. I sent a few emails inquiring about the microbiome report, but my most recent one was met with an auto response saying "were closed, thank you for the 7 years".
Just wondering if others are experiencing this as well.
