Must see places in Oahu?

Heading there in 2 days, and planning on shooting a lot of underwater shots, but that's besides the point. Anyone have any must see places (above or below the water)? Already hitting Pearl Harbor, few snorkel places on North shore, and cruising through Honolulu and snorkeling local places there. Open to ideas, I have about 3 days of unplanned relaxation there so let's hear them.

Well from what I have been told, Oahu is the ONLY place to get cheap ass tropical fruit (cases of mangos for 50 cents a piece of cheaper)... I know that's nothing to do with snorkeling, but that was one thing I was a bit upset with over there was the "exotic" fruits (here) cost more there than they do here.

This is going to sound dumb, cause I can't remember the name, but there is a park on the east end of the island that has a botanical garden, and a nice waterfall that kids were jumping off of. If you like tropical plants, I would go there. I'll try to find the name.

Wiamea was nice. I also remember Mt Pele or something like that being nice. Of course, I was there <.< ..>.>.... almost 20 years ago.

Diamond head Tony. Its a nice easy hike. Go to Waiola's shave ice. Best shaved ice place in Hawaii IMO. http://www.yelp.com/biz/waiola-shave-ice-honolulu

I think their secret is that their syrups are chilled ice cold. It doesn't melt the ice when they pour it on.

I stayed for a few days at a place up diamond head. Camped at another place for another week. I wish I remembered more. I do remember some very delicous coconut syrup from a restraunt about a block from wiamea beach (sp?)
