Hey!

My name’s Gregory, I started reefing in 1992. In 2004, between jobs, the lighting system died and with no funds to repair it the tank died. So I’m now ready to take the plunge again and doing the preliminary research. The new tank is going to be a Caribbean reef (I really like gorgonians and sponges) in a 90 tall (I think).

Meanwhile, I’m looking forward to meeting like minded people that enjoy the hobby and don’t get that glazed look when I wax poetic about spotting a new critter on the rock. Some forms of excitement are just not contagious.

See ya’ll on 4/10

Yeah, I have a couple of threads over at Reefs.org. Mainly research for the current project. Based on your recommendation I'm getting the DECO rock from TBS. Trying to get thier rock from the Keys uncured. We'll see.

Welcome.
It would be great to see a tank build thread as you setup your new tank. I would like to startup a new tank and I am always looking for ideas.
