Neptune Apex

I need help updating the firmware. I have tried it 2 different ways. First I bought and installed Parallel, did the whole thing using Windows, but I can not figure out what extra ip addresses are so the loader can not mount (they are addresses beginning with 224 & 239). I gave up and I am trying now to do it with Mono on Terminal...and I thought I knew how to use a Mac!!!

From the directions, it says after you have downloaded mono, in terminal type...

mono "apex flash utility.exe"


...but when I do that, it says "No such file or directory."

It would be oh so nice to have the Vortechs finally online and I need to be able to adjust the AI lights. I am at the point of just buying a throw away PC (in my opinion, every single one!)...

Have you try just typing "utility.exe"?

As I recall, the firmware update must be initiated from the apex display once you've downloaded the file. You'll need to update the firmware and then the web page as second part of the update. Apex is local (S.J. area) and they are there to answer any question you may have about the update.
