Neptune DOS tubing same as GHL?

Don't want to buy new tubing unless I have to, so can you use the same tubing diameter from GHL dosers for dos?

So the dos tubing is 6mm OD / 4mm ID.
Not sure what the ghl tubing is. Anyone else know?

Note that standard 1/4" irrigation drip tubing works fine for DOS.
Especially the cheaper more flexible tubing.
But it is not clear.

Other than the pump head tubing (2.5mm diameter), GHL uses 6mmOD/4mmID tubing

I always had to use a screwdriver or something to bore out the end that connects to the DOS because it was such a tight fit. I still used it (the 1/4” irrigation/RO tubing) because it was so much cheaper
