Neptune Trident Help

Ok,
I am the first to admit I am not tech savvy. Need some help from someone who is pretty good/familiar with this stuff. I find the app to be OK but programming something is not intuitive. I finally got around to setting up a Neptune Trident I bought used about 1.5 years ago (I know I know. Time just slips by sometime with other priorities haha).

I followed the online instructions to set it up. Can’t seem to get it to prime or run a test. Not sure where to go from here. The tile says “idle” on it. I have tried to factory reset it but nothing. Wondering if I need to break it down and make sure the internal are working and the lines are good.

Not getting any error messages. Just nothing going on but I can hear the pumps working.

Thoughts? Might be time to scrap it and get a new one??

Hit the gear icon

Menu drops down. Hit the trident.

Scroll down. They'll be a Prime tab, click it and They'll be a list of what you want to prime. You can select 1 or all to prime. I suggest doing 1 at a time.

After selecting what you want to prime, scroll up and upload the settings (orange icon) after that it should start priming.

Hope this helps

I would flush the lines with tank water or RO water to just to have piece of mind there is no debris. If it hasnt been used in a while it could be that the additives have dried up in the line causing a blockage. Which makes the system show “idle” and not properly running/testing correctly.

Hey Hamada,
Tried this twice. No luck. Even now I can hear it doing something. But nothing happens.

Sounds like the intake tube is clogged.

I would do this ^

Make sure if you flush with the line attached to the trident you push 2 solenoid valves to give the water somewhere to go. Let us know if you have more questions, a bunch of us have taken these apart and done extensive debug.
