There is a little hysteresis built in so its not an instant alert.
 
Yes I am in the NSI program also.

On Monday the 12th unplugged my Ethernet cable to replicate a loss of communication now for 3 days and notifications follows as:

12/12/16 @ 11:28PM
12/13/16 @ 12:28AM

12/13/16 @ 07:28AM
12/13/16 @ 03:28PM
12/13/16 @ 11:28PM

Now understand my tank as been running perfectly fine as the heartbeat in this test enviroment was just a lost of communication not necessarily a loss of power.

I run a UPS with the Aux power supply and power monitoring on my Apex along with a UPS on my router & modem so I will get a power alert if I have a loss of power and still control my tank for about two hours until the battery in the UPS's die.
