It's a deep water for sure. I saw it also and only reason I did not get it is that I did not have space for low par areas.

Typically they have smooth skin, and similar thin branching patterns/look to them

Useually they have smooth skin, grow in thin or medium thickness close by branch formations and have faded looking colors.
All these are deep water. The first one was my last tank crown jewel..adam from battle coral went nuts when he saw it..
Notice how the color look washed out..

That smooth skin is precisely why I don't like deep water acros. I admit they can look good, but something just looks wrong about it... like one of those cats without fur
