New UVL T5 with internal reflector

a t5 with an internal reflector? You sure about that?

Don't think I'd like an internal reflector, they're too small to really be useful

I came across it by looking at MD home page and saw the posting T5 VHO-R. I think there´s a company too making PC´s with internal reflector

They are basically applying the same principle on their t12 VHOs to t5s.

Ignoring the reflected light explicitly, from a technical standpoint, there is a new interesting facet of having a lot more photons re-striking a phosphor at a new wavelength. Curious to how this shifts the net spectral output.

I´m going old school with VHO´s to see the difference in color with super actinics but I might try these in a couple months; frees hipping four or more !
