Plumbing cleaning curse recommendations?

Hello,
Just wondering if any of you have a recommendation for a long bottle brush or something similar to clean the inside of my plumbing. I have waterbox 180. It’s a pain to access the plumbing by taking it apart. Hoping to find a 3ft or so long bottle brush I can run along the inside periodically. Or if you have a better idea that does not involve breaking down the plumbing I am open to suggestions.

Great question. How often do these need to be cleaned?

I don’t know. the plumbing is set up with an emergency overflow. I had it tuned to not make any noise. Last two days it gurgles a little. I have changed the water volume or pump flow. So I think I have a little build that I need to clean out.
