You should be able to now. Let me know if not!

Drupal has a very granular permissions system. It's good if you need the granularity, but it makes it easy to forget to enable something for the right people.

Well you can either send in your vote (absentee ballot) or go to a place where you can enter your vote by punching out a chad or using a electronic device
