My corals were everywhere. Now sps on top with the powerhead pointing at them.Funny you mention lowering the flow. I was looking at your aquarium the other day. I was like man his flow is low. It looks amazing. Lol.

Common in San Jose? Standard in Germany. I do not think there a lots of houses like that where I live. I know Casey‘s tank sits on concrete. This will be the sole criteria for my next house.Concrete is amazing like that.
Location, soil type, and age of house probably is a factor. With hilly neighborhoods like yours built on a slope, slab foundations require a lot more work.
