Possible very scary anti-aquarium law

The Lacey Act amendments were introduced to the Compete Act by Sen Marco Rubio FL and cosponsored by Sen Brian Schatz HI if you'd like to write a letter to the progenitors of this bill language.
 
I see they are spending time they dont have on... you know.... the important stuff! :mad:

They don't realize that if they continue like this, the only corals alive will be the ones in our tanks :'(
 
Honestly surprised this hasn't happened earlier. Our laws and ways are just so archaic in that people can "slip bills into" another bill. We need robots passing our laws or something, bring on the Matrix!
 
There seems to be mixed consensus on the effects of the bill. Some say it won’t effect how things are currently done and others say it will end our hobby. There is some ambiguity in the language that can be problematic.
