PSA: Use Pirateship to save on shipping costs

Used goods are an integral part of the reefing industry as we see a lot of people join and leave the hobby all the time.. Recently I came across this website called PirateShip (https://www.pirateship.com/) that helps you save upto 87% UPS and USPS costs (I have seen around 75% savings personally, but they claim 87%)!

So next time you are planning a trip from north bay to south bay (or vice versa) to pick-up a used wave-maker from someone, check this cool website to save time/gas/effort. Also, really useful to expand your selling range from FB marketplace (local) to selling on R2R where everyone shares the same love for this hobby. I haven't personally shipped livestock yet, but technically anything UPS or USPS can be shipped (including next day shipments which will be required for shipping livestock).

PS: I don't know anything about how they operate, their legitimacy, ethical aspect etc.. do your own research before you choose to use their service.

I used once for shipping freshwater shrimps by purchasing their ups shipping label. Everything went well and the shipping cost is way much less than the regular price. I'm also not sure how they get such low shipping options tho...
