Raffle tickets will be $5 each, or 5 tickets for $20.

Great question. Since this is a member swap, no, you do not need to be present to win, but make sure you put your name and phone number on the ticket, or arrange with someone there to either do that or manage your tickets for you. I won’t be able to manage tickets for others since I’ll be busy though.

Tickets can be purchased with cash or PayPal, but either way needs to be done during the event with the check-in folks so the tickets are properly taken care of.
