Haven't logged onto this site in years, figured I'd pop back on and share some pics! All pics taken with my OnePlus 7 Pro with polyplab orange + macro lens with no further editing

Not too bad with a cell phone. You can add a macro lens on it though? that's cool.

Yup macro lens with orange lens from polyplab. I should have shot in raw but too lazy and it was just auto focus and everything lol

I haven’t been able to get the best performance from the macro lens myself. How far from the coral are you holding your phone for the pics? I bet I’m trying it from too far

I'm using radion gen2s (cant wait to upgrade) settings? I don't remember...my reeflink died on me and I somewhat recently tweaked them via laptop usb connection.

I myself cannot get a great shot also. I have the polylab coral lens and also have the radion G4. I see Randy and Chris (rostata) takes great shots. Maybe they or whoever can share techniques on taking great shots.

Hmm, I'm not good at write ups but I'll just try to describe what I do? I like top down shots because i can angle the coral and camera to get the best sides of the coral.
1) Clip on your lenses. Play with the combos, orange/yellow/macro. Use all the lens as they stack on each other.
2) Shut off wave makers and return pumps and let the water stand still.
3) Bring the coral up as close as I can, right below the water surface.
4) Rest my phone against the edge of the tank so its stable.
5) Find the angle that I like, hit the screen to focus. Snap.

I use auto mode on my phone and don't add any filters and do any editing afterwards.

Sometimes no filter is the best. All taken with the macro lens just now. One with yellow filter, one with orange filter, one no filter.
