Those poor delivery guys, I would always be waiting with a furniture dolly when they show up that I would wheel out to their truck to minimize how much lifting they have to do.

That said, probably salt mix for 200 gallons of salt water, not 200 pounds of salt

Does Reef Crystals come with a single bag inside? Salt mix I use comes with 2 x 100 gal or 4 x 50 gal inside. Easy to manage, except for the delivery people as you point out.
