Reeflink USB cable

Hi,

Anyone have extra reeflink usb cable for sale or I can borrow for just the time to connect the reeflink onto my system. I've tried the after market male to male usb cable however, the red-orange-white color just kept spinning. I've reached out to ecotech and suggestion was to use the cable provided. If anyone had success using the aftermarket cable please share some tips.

I have used aftermarket and it was fine. It's just a standard USB cable.

Some micro usb cables are charge only. I would try another cable
