Return pump plumbing

You can heat up the tube to straighten them out. I would be careful though as they easily burn.

We have pipe heaters at work and that’s what they are generally used for. Alternatively, a bag of rice in the microwave works too. We use to use that method to heat up screens for repair. Not sure how effective that will be.

Alternatively, you can hard plumb.

Hot water works great to reshape tubing, and is easy/safe. Also it isn’t necessarily bad to have your return suspended slightly off the floor of your sump, can help to reduce noise.
 
It’s expensive, but worthwhile to use silicone return tubing if possible. It’s more flexible, reduces vibration noise, and you get a better fit over the barb.
