Tank Setup Services?

Does anyone know of any services out there that could help breakdown an existing tank as well as setup a new one?

I'm really aiming to have a new tank setup in December, but with a 2nd little one on the way, I don't think I'll be able to dedicate the time needed to successfully tear down, transfer everything over, and get the new tank filled
