So when I upgrade to the 105...all new saltwater, or use some from the previous tank?

I would try to use as much of the old water as possible provided it is mostly clear of suspended debris. Run thru a filter sock to be sure. Then top off with new. The water column has little biological activity. You should be more concerned that the new water chemistry matches the old.

I'd use half the new tanks actual volume new water, half old.
