That one is back to 4 heads and I can definitely frag it in a couple months. The heads were too close together to attempt imo. Soon though and when I do the first one is yours! Thought you were getting out lol

The work is done, now I can rest.....

Well I’ve been running a jebao doser for quite some time and while it works it needs constant calibration to feel even remotely trusty. I’m excited to finally enter the world of automated testing. Got a KH director and extra doser to start measuring alk and have a doser I can finally feel at peace with.

Check out their YouTube channel for setup guides if you get stuck during the setup. They have videos for almost everything
Vinny recommended that as well so I’ve watched them all a couple times and I’m hoping common sense mixed with that info will get me through it. I definitely know what I’m in for at the very least

All setup and testing within .1 of the reference solution. Overall this wasn’t as bad a setup as I’ve heard and if you just follow the instructions in the video it was as straightforward as can be.

New dosing container and lines ran. Finally done with the install now to just dial in the pumps and set some schedules.

Tanks been rocking a steady 7.8 and I couldn’t be happier knowing that forsure and I’m finally finished with the dosing system upgrade. With the extra heads I decided to start running seachem reef trace and reef plus since my sps are getting fairly large I’m assuming I could bump those unknowns up a bit. Will update on how it goes.

Well the Xenia came back and with a force lol, also had this sponge I’ve been meaning to remove for ph over a year now. So I headed to aquatic collection today, snagged a 20lb box of carib sea arches and went to work. Still in the midst of it but I’m taking a break before setting all the corals back. Also removed the last 3 nems I could get to before!!!!

All finished! Came out better than I hope and I now have space for a bunch more sps! Knocked a bunch of the WWC slimeball off today and left all the undecided corals on racks.

It always feels nice when a reefing project works out and nothing bad happens. All finished with the rescape and coral shuffle. I’m down to 1 frag rack of slimeball that I hope will be gone soon as I never like frag racks in my displays.
