Yes that was horrible, thing to say, but let's do the math. He was maybe 6 feet and was missing his head, so my guess would be a 6' tank with a little room to spare?

Ok talking with my wife last night... she saw the story on the night news, and she too wondered how big the tank was so she's just as horrible as me.

Story said something about finding it on the SECOND day of searching the house, so unless they searched for all of 2 minutes on the first day where the hell do you put a big tank in a San Francisco house that you don't notice a body floating in it?

When I saw that on the news I was wondering if it would show up on the BAR site.
Never disappointed. :)

They said the tank was in some hidden area.
So not sitting in the living room with a body floating in it.

So I looked some numbers up : The average mass of an adult male is 75-85 kg.
Density is roughly the same as water, so 75-85 L, but missing a head so lets call it 75L.
That is only 20 gallons.
Surprisingly small.
So properly blended, he could fit in my 22G quarantine tank.
:D

So what you're saying is probably not a show worthy tank nor equipment... darn

Ok, I think this is entirely enough for me, I'm already looking like I'm making light of the situation (I kind of am)
