I will get it to you where are you at? I don’t want to mess it up.You have to take the whole thing apart and flush all the lines with a syringe and hot water. Including the distribution block. Basically clean up the inside stuff.
Just be careful when assembling NOT to put the electric eye plug in backwards. It will short out the circuit. Other than that. It’s pretty easy. I can do it for you if you get it to me. If you’re worried.
When you try to run it, does the sample cuvette fill and then drain? If so, try cleaning the cuvette with a qtip and some rubbing alcohol. This has been my most common issue with "no water sample".Anyone has this issue and able to fix it? After 1.5-2 years of not replacing the reagents, I finally try to replace it today but it gave me that error. I was able to flush the sample water line but it still not working. Any thought? Or I have to send it to them.
Yeah. I smoked one before. The chip plate is a generic china plate. You can plug it in backwards. Simple error of not paying attention to details.Glad someone knows this.
For a piece of high end equipment, that sounds like too much work and a tiny mistake will smoke the device.
San Francisco Richmond district. I think your buddies with Erin @Kensington Reefer I’ll probably be visiting him in a few days/week. I have to give him some equipmentI will get it to you where are you at? I don’t want to mess it up.

Yes, I live close to Erin. @Kensington Reefer always get me into trouble Let me know when you visit him. Don’t lie. You don’t leave your cave. You left once this month already.hey B
I’m rolling up and down Sacramento today
Lmk if I need to stop by
It depends on what time you want to stop by to check out the tank. I have a meeting all morning and a dentist’s appointment at 1pm. My dentist has a very nice tankhey B

also when you are not using the trident for a long time, always shut the device down in the app, there's a fusion list of Tasks, click Trident Shutdown. it will flush everything out in the tubes.Glad someone knows this.

I have this problem for a week and I thought I need to clean all my water lines but my cuvette fill and then drain. Did you disassemble the whole machine ? The plug that goes to the electronic eye can be plugged in backwards. If you did plug it in backwards. It burned out the board. The machine will run but it will say no sample.I have this problem for a week and I thought I need to clean all my water lines but my cuvette fill and then drain. If you didn't disassemble the whole machine, another possibility is that the electronic sensor somehow became misaligned. You can try pushing down slightly on both of the circuit boards on either side of the cuvette and see if that fixes it (this fixed my first Trident that had this issue).I have this problem for a week and I thought I need to clean all my water lines but my cuvette fill and then drain. It’s okay. I take it apart to use a mini trident setup instead of the regular trident. Hope for the best lolIf you didn't disassemble the whole machine, another possibility is that the electronic sensor somehow became misaligned. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest the factory refurbishing process. Unfortunately I had this error, tore the whole thing apart trying to fix it, and nothing worked.
The thing is I been running for over a year and one day just said no water sampleDid you disassemble the whole machine ? The plug that goes to the electronic eye can be plugged in backwards. If you did plug it in backwards. It burned out the board. The machine will run but it will say no sample.
